How to roll down a hill
Find a grassy hill or slope, and make sure that the full run is free from obstacles like rocks, fences, trees or cliffs.
Lie across the slope and have your hands above your head or crossed over your body.
Start rolling and see how far you go before your body starts to turn up the slope. If you can make it to the bottom without turning you are a skilled roller!
The trick to a good roll is speed, you may also find having your hands clenched above your head helps you steer your course.
The funniest thing ever is to try and get up and play tag after a good roll and watch everyone fall over.
