This beautiful coastline stretches from Pegwell Bay in the south to Reculver in the north with good opportunities to spot seals and starfish. There are 15 sandy beaches and bays with Blue Flags and Quality Coast Awards to enjoy. Portrush Nature Reserve, County Antrim, Northern Ireland
The Portrush Nature Reserve and causeway coastal area, is a small band of seashore rock that has helped scientists understand the way the earth was formed. This site is also of historic importance to geologists and contains numerous imprints of fossil ammonites. The great rockpools are available at low tides. Keep a special look out for seals.
